SMS Terms

These terms govern Covision's SMS program for users who have opted in to receive messages.
Program description
The Covision SMS program sends transactional notifications to users who have explicitly opted in via a signup or in-product consent checkbox. Messages include one-time passcodes (OTPs), appointment reminders, task notifications, and critical account alerts.
Opt-in
Consent is collected at signup through a clearly labeled, unchecked-by-default checkbox that reads: "I agree to receive SMS from Covision (msg & data rates may apply). See SMS Terms." Consent timestamp and IP address are stored for audit purposes.
Opt-out
Reply STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL,
END, or QUIT) to any message to unsubscribe from non-transactional SMS. You will
receive one final confirmation message.
Transactional exception: one-time passcodes used for authentication are regulated as transactional and are not subject to opt-out. If you opt out but still need to log in, use the email authentication option in the app.
Reply START to re-subscribe at any time.

Message frequency
Up to 10 messages per month per user, except where you trigger additional messages by your own actions (e.g., requesting a new OTP, opting in to meeting reminders).
Message & data rates
Message and data rates may apply based on your wireless carrier. Covision does not charge for SMS.
Supported carriers
AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, Cricket, Alltel, Cellcom, C-Spire, Ntelos, and other carriers supported by Twilio. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
SMS data (phone numbers, message content) is handled per our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your phone number.
Changes
We may update these SMS Terms. Material changes will be communicated via SMS or email with 30 days' notice.
